At Chai Medicinals, all offerings are prepared with care, prayer, and intention. Below you’ll find the details of how and when your sacramental gifts will be sent to you.

Processing Time

We ship all orders within 3–5 business days of receiving your donation. Each package is handled with reverence and aligned to our spiritual and logistical flow.

Please note: Processing times may be slightly delayed during high-volume periods or ceremonial closures. We do our best to communicate any delays in advance.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS):

• USPS Ground Advantage: Budget-friendly option with typical delivery within 2–5 days after shipping.

• USPS Priority Mail: Faster service, typically arrives in 1–3 days after shipping.

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. We do not add any handling fees.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way. If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days, feel free to reach out to us at medicine@chaimedicinals.org.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and wish to request an exception, please contact us directly. International requests are evaluated individually and may require additional verification or customs compliance.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we are not responsible for USPS delays or errors, we will do our best to assist you in tracking down a missing package. If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office first, then contact us if needed at medicine@chaimedicinals.org.
